Chase has extensive experience in real estate finance, land use, and sales and leases. As an attorney, Chase handles business transactions, marijuana law, gaming law, and business litigation. As a third-generation Nevadan, Chase has made relationships with elected officials, policy actors and business leaders from around the state.
During the 2017 legislative session, Chase worked on issues involving gaming, energy, recycling and waste, water law, transportation, and ride-sharing on behalf of the Las Vegas Sands Corporation, Nevada Franchised Auto Dealers Association, Uber Technologies, Nevada Bighorns Unlimited, Green Solutions Recycling, A-track Out Solutions, among others.
Chase’s number one career goal is to help, in any way possible, businesses, elected officials and the public to continue to make Nevada the best place to live, work and raise a family. In his free time, Chase attends Nevada athletic events, enjoys running, hiking and skiing Lake Tahoe resorts.
Chase graduated from the University of Nevada Reno with a B.A. in Economics, the University of Denver with a Master’s in Real Estate Finance and from the Boyd School of Law school at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
